A crisis management plan (CMP) outlines how to respond to a critical situation that would negatively affect an organisation's profitability, reputation or ability to operate. Currently Malaysia and much of the world is in the midst of the destructive COVID-19 pandemic, and organisations of all types and sizes are forcing to dealing with any possible situations that may arise.
Many businesses have closed their doors, unable to pay employees or continue to operate business activities. Supply chains are in varying degrees of disarray. Social distancing, remote working and increased cleanliness are the new norms.
The current COVID-19 pandemic has provided all with an all-too-real lesson in the importance of crisis management. Across the world, businesses are in varying stages of their response.
In this 1-day workshop, we shall explore the essential elements involved to facilitate a corporate crisis management plan. Through practical application, the learners will gain credibility in dealing with their peers, subordinates and superiors and foster a strong team to wave through every tide.

This workshop is directed at all managers and executives.
This is a 1-day programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
