This Leadership in a BANI World program is designed for senior leaders and executives who are responsible for steering organizations through uncertainty, as well as department heads and functional managers who must make agile decisions and align their teams with shifting business priorities. It is equally relevant for team leaders and supervisors who play a key role in supporting employees coping with rapid change, ambiguity, and workplace stress. In addition, HR and organizational development professionals who are tasked with building resilient talent pipelines, along with project managers and change agents driving transformation initiatives, will benefit from the practical strategies shared in this program.
This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
