In today’s fast-paced and dynamic environment, organizations face constant change driven by shifting markets, emerging technologies, and evolving business needs. One of the greatest challenges leaders encounters is not the change itself, but the ability to manage it effectively.
This Change Management program is designed to provide a structured and practical approach for successfully implementing organizational change. This Change Management Training is designed for managers, supervisors, team leaders, and department heads who are directly involved in leading people through organizational transformation. It is also highly relevant for change agents, project leaders, and HR or organizational development professionals responsible for supporting employee transitions and aligning career development with business needs. Senior executives and decision-makers will also benefit from this program by gaining insights into predicting future trends, managing organizational risks, and establishing strategic frameworks for sustainable change. This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
