This program is designed to strengthen leadership competencies essential for managing teams, fostering accountability, and enhancing communication effectiveness.

Through a blend of practical tools, case studies, and interactive discussions, participants will learn to lead with confidence, manage performance effectively, and cultivate a feedback-driven and high-performing team culture. This structured two-day workshop is designed to provide comprehensive competency development for supervisors and managers. This workshop will benefit line managers, supervisors and team leaders especially those who are new or have recently been promoted into this role.  The workshop is also targeted to those who need to update and improve their knowledge and skills on how to carry out their supervisory job more effectively.

This is a ​2-days programme.

This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
 
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
