This 2 Days 1 Night Teambuilding Programme is designed to bring teams closer through a series of fun, engaging, and purposeful activities. From icebreakers like Human Bingo to creative challenges such as the Avatar Creation – TikTok Challenge, participants will connect on a deeper level, discover each other’s strengths, and develop a unique team identity. The programme blends creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork in a relaxed yet stimulating environment.

On Day 2, the focus shifts to enhancing collaboration, strategic thinking, and resilience through hands-on activities like Longest Line, Bottle Web, and the Egg Frying Challenge. These tasks encourage participants to think outside the box, communicate effectively, and step out of their comfort zones. Each challenge is designed to simulate real workplace dynamics, enabling teams to practice adaptability, resourcefulness, and shared accountability.

By the end of the programme, participants will walk away not just with fond memories but also with stronger bonds, renewed motivation, and a better understanding of how to work together towards common goals. The experience will leave them inspired to bring the same spirit of cooperation, creativity, and determination back to their workplace, driving better results as one united team.

This program is ideal for Corporate teams, project groups, departmental teams

This 2 days course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks. 

This is an intensive session designed to include as much activities as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
