In today’s dynamic world, the ability to think powerfully and innovate is crucial for personal and organizational success. Power thinking, rooted in cognitive flexibility and resilience, helps individuals overcome limiting beliefs and unlock their full potential. By adopting a growth mindset and using mental models like First Principles Thinking, participants can reframe challenges into opportunities. Case studies of innovators such as Steve Jobs and Elon Musk highlight how power thinking has driven industry transformations.
Critical and creative thinking techniques play a vital role in problem-solving and decision-making. Tools like the Six Thinking Hats foster diverse perspectives and improve analytical depth, while personal reflection helps participants gain deeper insights into their cognitive processes. Innovation is explored through various types—organizational, process, and product—along with human-centered methodologies like design thinking to cultivate empathy-driven, high-value solutions.

This program is highly recommended for all levels including HODs and Managers.
This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
