TL 9000 is a common set of quality systems requirements and measurements designed specifically for the Telecommunications industry, encompassing ISO 9001 and best practices.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
  • Understand audit principles and techniques based on ISO 19011:2018.
  • Interpret TL 9000 Requirements (R6.3) and Measurements (R5.7) from an audit perspective.
  • Plan, prepare, conduct, report, and follow up on internal audits for TL 9000.
  • Identify nonconformities based on objective evidence.
  • Develop audit reporting and corrective action tracking.

This course is designed for those Participants from Telecom/ ICT Sector Organizations who requires to be qualified as Internal Auditor for auditing the TL 9000 standard based Telecom/ICT Quality Management System. Such Participants may be working as Engineer/Senior Engineer, Quality Engineer/Senior Quality Engineer, Functional/Quality Manager and/or Management Representative in the Telecom/ICT Sector Organizations and intend to qualify as Internal Auditor prior to performance of Internal Audits at TL 9000 planning to be certified or certified telecom/ICT sector organizations.
This is a ​2-days programme.

This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
 
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
