TL 9000 is a common set of quality systems requirements and measurements designed specifically for the Telecommunications industry, encompassing ISO 9001 and best practices.

This course is designed for participants who are looking for or must have an understanding of the requirements of the TL 9000 standard while working for the Telecom / Information and Communication Technology and related Manufacturing and Services Organizations. Post attending this training, participants can appreciate and effectively perform their role as Engineer/Senior Engineer/Quality Engineer/Senior Quality Engineer/Functional/Quality Manager and/or Management Representative towards TL 9000 standard compliance, implementation, facilitation, management and/or Management Representative role performance.
This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
